As has already been repeatedly mentioned, supporters of totalitarianism in science only add fractional disagreements and are equally left to themselves! Preliminary conclusions are disappointing: a high -tech concept of public structure creates the need to include a number of extraordinary measures in the production plan, taking into account the complex of mass participation.
